Freelance Wines was founded in 2012 by Adam Mettler and Mike Stroh. The collaboration of two Lodi natives already entrenched in the wine business, Freelance Wines is a first-generation wine company whose goal is producing innovative, world-class wines that bear the mark of the founders, free thinkers looking to impact the world of wine on their own terms.  Independence, the most basic definition of Freelance (the makers of Coup de Grace), is also what drove it’s beginnings. A collaboration of two Lodi natives already entrenched in the wine business, now looking to leave our mark by way of our own wines.
